NSL is recruiting a DVLA Enforcement Officer to join our frontline enforcement team. You will liaise with the public, advise on clamping or fines, and support enforcement actions on DVLA cases. You will coordinate with agencies such as Police, DVLA and VOSA, handling enquiries and ensuring information packs are available.

The role is full-time with a structured shift pattern and opportunities for training, development, and enhanced benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and customer focused.
• Ability to work shifts and on own initiative.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Liaises with members of the public and gives advice regarding clamping and fines.
• Advises the public on payment methods and enforcement actions for their vehicle.
• Works with other agencies when required including Police DVLA and VOSA.
• Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures information packs are available.
• Ensures vehicles and enforcement equipment are serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.
• Completes daily reports regarding activities.
