Job summary

NSL is seeking a DVLA Enforcement Officer to enforce and clamp untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA. You will liaise with the public, provide advice, and support enforcement actions in collaboration with Police DVLA and VOSA. A full UK driving licence is essential, with a focus on customer service and reliability.

The role requires shift work, handling enquiries, and maintaining equipment and reports. Competitive pay with overtime and benefits is offered.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with the public and gives advice on clamping and fines.
• Advises on payment methods and enforcement actions.
• Works with Police, DVLA, and VOSA when required.
• Handles public enquiries about enforcement actions and provides information packs.
• Ensures vehicles and enforcement equipment are serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.
• Completes daily activity reports.
