Job summary

NSL is a market leader providing outsourced services to the public and private sectors. Our Enforcement Officers enforce and clamp untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA, liaising with the public and advising on fines and payment methods.

We seek candidates with a full UK driving licence, excellent communication, self-motivation, and the ability to work shifts. Competitive pay, overtime, a pension, uniform, and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Ability to work shifts and on own initiative.
• Previous similar-role experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with members of the public and gives advice regarding clamping and fines.
• Advises the public on payment methods and enforcement actions on their vehicle.
• Work alongside Police, DVLA and VOSA when required.
• Handle enquiries from the public regarding enforcement actions and provide information packs.
