NSL is seeking a DVLA Enforcement Officer to enforce actions on DVLA-regulated vehicles. You will liaise with the public, provide guidance on fines and payment methods, and collaborate with Police, DVLA, and VOSA as needed.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work shifts independently. A commitment to customer-focused enforcement is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Liaises with members of the public and gives advice regarding clamping and fines.
• Advises the public on payment methods and enforcement actions taken on their vehicle.
• Work alongside other agencies as required including Police DVSA and VOSA.
• Handles public enquiries about enforcement actions and ensures information packs are available.
• Ensures vehicles and enforcement equipment are serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.
• Completes daily activity reports.
