Night Duty Manager

We are currently looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Night Duty Manager at The Link Hotel. As Night Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the smooth operation of the hotel and ensuring the safety of our guests and team members at night. You must be able to deal confidently and proactively with any guest issues, as you will be the first point of contact for our guests overnight.

Responsibilities

You must be able to use your initiative and work well under pressure, whilst consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

You will have a minimum of one years' experience in a customer facing role. Experience in a front of house hospitality operation is desirable, although not essential as full training will be given.

Employment Details

This is a full time position (37.5 hours per week) working night shifts 5 over 7 days from 11pm - 7am. Rate of Pay: £26,742 per annum.
