A leading hospitality company in the United Kingdom is seeking a confident Night Duty Manager to oversee hotel operations during the night shift. Responsibilities include managing guest safety, addressing issues proactively, and delivering an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of customer-facing experience. We are currently looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Night Duty Manager at The Link Hotel. As Night Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the smooth operation of the hotel and ensuring the safety of our guests and team members at night. You must be able to deal confidently and proactively with any guest issues, as you will be the first point of contact for our guests overnight.
You must be able to use your initiative and work well under pressure, whilst consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience.
You will have a minimum of one years' experience in a customer facing role. Experience in a front of house hospitality operation is desirable, although not essential as full training will be given.

This is a full time position (37.5 hours per week) working night shifts 5 over 7 days from 11pm - 7am. Rate of Pay: £26,742 per annum.
