We're looking for a Bank Night Concierge to join our team at Mallow Court, a supported housing scheme for customers living with longstanding and enduring mental health conditions.
Working closely with the Housing Enabler, you'll help create a safe, supportive and welcoming environment overnight, providing reassurance to customers and responding calmly and professionally when challenges arise.

About Mallow Court Mallow Court provides supported housing for customers with longstanding and enduring mental health diagnoses, helping them maintain their independence while accessing the support they need to live safely and successfully within their community.
The Night Concierge Role As a Bank Night Concierge, you'll be responsible for maintaining the safety, security and wellbeing of customers and the scheme throughout the night.
You'll be an important point of contact for customers, partner agencies and emergency services, ensuring concerns are managed appropriately and support is available when needed.
This role is ideal for someone who remains calm under pressure, communicates confidently and takes a proactive approach to supporting vulnerable people.
