Job summary

Sanctuary Group at The Limes, Haverhill, is seeking a Waking Night Concierge to support residents and oversee safe nighttime operations. You will be the first point of contact for queries, help residents develop life skills, and respond calmly to emergencies in a busy community setting.

Qualifications

  • Be the first point of contact for customers and pass on information clearly.
  • Provide compassionate support to people experiencing homelessness.
  • Maintain calm and professional demeanor in emergencies or tense situations.
  • Build trust and rapport with residents and visitors.
  • Ensure safety checks and accurate record-keeping.

Your role
