Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking a Bank Night Concierge for Mallow Court, a supported housing scheme in Wolverhampton. The role covers 12-hour night shifts (6pm–6am) on a casual, as-required basis, with on-site working and an enhanced DBS check.

You’ll help create a safe, welcoming overnight environment, responding calmly to incidents and coordinating with emergency services and crisis teams as needed. A proactive, independent worker will thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible and reassuring presence throughout the night.
• Support vulnerable customers in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Respond to incidents, welfare concerns and emergencies as required.
• Liaise with crisis teams, emergency services and partner agencies when needed.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Monitor and manage communal areas and the customer lounge.
• Undertake hourly walk-arounds of the building and grounds.
• Maintain accurate records, handovers and incident reports.
• Work closely with the Housing Enabler to ensure customers receive appropriate support.
