Horizon Property Support Ltd. is seeking a Security/Concierge Officer to provide a secure and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff.

The role focuses on access control, front‑of‑house reception, and responsive customer service within a 12‑hour night shift pattern from 19:00 to 07:00, with flexibility to cover weekends and holidays as needed. The officer will monitor CCTV and alarms, carry out patrols, log incidents, and liaise with contractors and emergency services.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence (where required).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Flexible shift pattern including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents, visitors, contractors and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage reception and front‑of‑house services.
• Handle enquiries and provide information or assistance as required.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue passes.
• Receive and manage deliveries and correspondence.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments or contractors.
• Monitor CCTV and security alarms.
• Conduct patrols and control access to the building.
