Kingdom Services Group Ltd. is seeking a Concierge Front of House Security Officer at a Glasgow hotel. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming, secure front-of-house service while maintaining professional presentation and guest satisfaction.

The position requires an SIA licence or application and Enhanced DBS with Child Check, with a part-time, permanent contract and weekend night shifts. Training and career progression opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional concierge-style front-of-house presence.
• Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and event attendees in a courteous manner.
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel, maintaining a high standard of presentation and conduct.
• Support the night shift team with operational and guest service requirements.
• Assist guests with directions, queries, and general requests.
• Maintain a visible presence in public areas to deter anti-social behaviour.
• Respond to and manage noise complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and respond to alarm activations in line with site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises as required.
• Report incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity in a timely manner.
• Liaise effectively with hotel staff and management.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and security procedures.
