Job summary

Portico in Knightsbridge is seeking an experienced Night Security Concierge to safeguard residents and property in a high-end residential setting. You will patrol, monitor CCTV, manage access, and respond to incidents while upholding exceptional customer service standards.

Reporting to the Security Manager, the role requires lone-working confidence, procedure compliance, and calm, decisive action. The shift is 12 hours (7pm–7am) on a 4on/4off cycle, with a salary of £32,323 per annum.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence (essential) and proven security experience.
• Experience in luxury residential environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and security alarms to ensure safety.
• Control access, manage visitors and deliveries.
• Conduct regular internal and external patrols.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies and fire alarms.
• Maintain incident logs, shift handovers and reports.
• Engage with residents and management to deliver high service.
