Places for People is seeking a Night Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, deliver outstanding service, and help keep The Tower, London safe and pleasant to live in. The role operates on a 4 on/4 off rolling rota from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Responsibilities include building checks, CCTV monitoring, visitor access control, handling queries and emergencies, managing deliveries and keys, and supporting cleaning and maintenance.

Formación

• Front of House experience in residential or hospitality settings.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Calm, courteous, and professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Able to use initiative and prioritise workload.
• Confident handling complaints and difficult situations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests.
• Conduct regular building checks and keep communal areas clean and secure.
• Handle queries, complaints, and emergencies with calm and courtesy.
• Monitor CCTV and manage visitor access.
• Manage deliveries and post per company procedures.
• Issue and log keys responsibly.
• Proactively address cleaning and maintenance issues.
• Support safeguarding policies and reporting concerns as required.
