Job summary

Horizon Property Support Ltd is seeking a Security/Concierge Officer to provide a welcoming, secure environment for residents, visitors, clients and staff in a Belfast site. You will control access, monitor systems, respond to requests and deliver high-quality customer service.

The role requires a 12-hour night shift pattern (19:00–07:00), with flexibility for weekends/public holidays. SIA licence (where required) and right to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
• Competent IT skills, including CCTV and access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff in a professional manner.
• Manage reception and front-of-house services.
• Handle enquiries and provide information or assistance as required.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue passes.
• Receive and manage deliveries and correspondence.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant teams or contractors.
• Ensure communal areas remain presentable and welcoming.
