A leading customer service provider in Greater London is seeking a proactive Concierge to join the dynamic team in Mayfair. The role involves greeting residents and visitors, addressing maintenance and emergency issues, maintaining building safety, and managing deliveries. Strong communication skills and a customer service background are essential. The position offers a unique work pattern of 4 on 4 off from 7pm to 7am along with various perks including 24 days of annual leave and health services.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home.
  • Address issues promptly from maintenance to emergencies.
  • Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV.
  • Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring smooth communication.
  • Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
  • Looking out for H&S hazards during site patrols.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
  • Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and elevate concerns as needed.
  • Security: Conduct regular site walk‑arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
  • Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up.
  • Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
  • Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
  • Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
