Job summary

La Mon Hotel & Country Club is seeking a Night Porter to safeguard the hotel and assist guests through the night. You will support reception, handle enquiries, and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and service across the property.

This role requires a responsible, reliable individual with excellent English and a friendly attitude. Night shifts, a busy and varied environment, and opportunities to grow within the team are offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and adhere to the hotel’s health and safety policies.
• Ensure facilities hygiene standards are maintained.
• Operate reception area to hotel standards and handle the switchboard.
• Complete the night audit and back up hotel systems as directed.
• Promote and sell the hotel and its products with a friendly and helpful manner.
• Attend training courses as required.
• Report incidents and maintenance issues promptly.
