Role Overview

Provide excellent front‑of‑house service, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficiently managed environment for residents and visitors. Support asset, risk, and contract management routines.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by telephone, and via email.
• Respond to complaints and concerns professionally, escalating where necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of external areas.
• Operate and manage amenities, including coffee and beverage facilities.
• Assist with mobilisation, risk management, and contract administration.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence (Category B) for equipment operation.
