Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking dedicated care staff for Pensby Road to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and mental health needs. The role involves night shifts from 20:00 to 08:00, 36 hours per week, in a modern development of 19 one-bedroom apartments that promote independence and dignity.

You’ll receive full training and ongoing development, work within a supportive team, and be part of a compassionate organisation committed to making a real difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with walking, shopping, cooking, watching television, and community activities.
• Support individuals to live independently with dignity and respect.
