Autism Initiatives is hiring a Night Support Worker to join our Supported Living service. The role involves night duties to assist autistic adults, promote wellbeing, and help with home tasks. Full training is provided and DBS check is covered.

Shifts typically run 22:00–08:00 with opportunities for flexible options and career progression across our services. A compassionate, reliable attitude is essential for this rewarding position.

Qualifications

• Experience is not required as full training is provided.

• Willingness to work night shifts from 22:00 to 08:00.

Responsibilities

• Support autistic adults to live as independently as possible during the night.
• Promote health and well‑being and assist with home maintenance as needed.
