Job summary

Lifeways Group in Southampton is seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker to join our night shift team. You'll help people with autism, learning disabilities, and complex health needs to live with independence, dignity and joy, supported by full training and a compassionate team.

Shifts include waking nights 10pm–7am on SO31, with pay £13.40 per hour. We offer flexible and consistent hours, generous rewards and discounts, and opportunities to grow within a supportive environment.
