Lifeways Group is seeking a Care Support Worker to help individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health needs live independently and enjoy daily life.

You will join a dedicated team providing activities and practical support, with 14-hour shifts including weekends and sleep-ins. The role includes driving company cars, full training, and opportunities for progression within Lifeways Group.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (you’ll be driving our company cars)
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
• Care experience welcome but not essential; training provided

Responsibilities

• Support amazing individuals to live independently
• Assist with everyday tasks: cooking, budgeting, medication
• Offer a friendly, steady presence when needed
• Encourage confidence, independence and joy daily
