Lifeways Southampton is seeking caring and reliable Support Workers for waking nights to help people with autism, learning disabilities and complex health needs live with independence and dignity.

You will assist with everyday tasks like personal care, meal prep, cleaning and medication while building strong relationships through consistent, compassionate care. Full training is provided and you’ll join a supportive team in the SO31 area.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is welcome but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork sought.
• Calm, adaptable mindset with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
