If you’re an experienced Senior Care Assistant with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team, this could be the perfect next step for you.

As a Night Care Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of our care home. You’ll lead by example on the floor, guiding and supporting our care team to deliver the highest standards of person‑centred care. Working closely with the management team, you’ll help plan and allocate workloads, oversee care delivery, and ensure residents receive safe, dignified, and individualised support at all times.

Your Purpose
