ibis London Greenwich is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. We deliver warm welcomes and seamless overnight service to guests.

You will handle late check-ins, night audits, and guest requests with a positive attitude. You'll work independently in an welcoming ibis environment, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or front office experience preferred.
• Full training provided.
• Able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests during night check-in and check-out.
• Manage night audit procedures and end-of-day reporting.
• Respond to guest requests with a courteous attitude.
• Ensure guest safety and security with regular patrols.
• Assist with breakfast prep or bar service if needed.
• Prepare handover for morning team with clear notes.
