ibis Styles London Southwark is a stylish and affordable hotel located in London. We are seeking a Night Auditor to welcome guests from arrival through departure and to provide high-quality, friendly service overnight.

You will update guest history, manage diary events, handle mail and parcels, liaise with Housekeeping, and ensure accurate cash balancing and account postings. Opera knowledge is a bonus and right to work in the UK is required.

Formación

• Excellent customer service is essential.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Ability to work as part of the Night Reception Team.
• Good communication and proactive approach.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out.
• Experience with reporting and auditing controls is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and handle arrivals and departures.
• Update Guest History and manage diary events and flags.
• Pass on mail, messages and parcels promptly.
• Balance cashiering and produce required paperwork.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on rooms and lost property.
• Complete audit tasks as per Night Auditor checklist.
• Produce reports and support the night team as needed.
