Job summary

Fynity is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to grow enterprise SaaS and Digital Transformation solutions within the NHS, focusing on Secondary Care. You will engage senior NHS stakeholders, drive multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and close six-figure software agreements.

You’ll join a high-growth, collaborative team with an established NHS customer base and ambitious expansion plans, delivering measurable digital outcomes across patient engagement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience selling enterprise SaaS or digital technology solutions to NHS organisations.
• Track record of winning new business and exceeding targets.
• Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with NHS procurement frameworks and tenders.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth across NHS Trusts and Secondary Care.
• Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop relationships with senior NHS stakeholders (CIOs, CCIOs, Digital Directors).
• Lead discovery workshops, demos, and commercial discussions.
• Progress opportunities through procurement processes and tenders.
• Develop compelling proposals and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Manage CRM activity, pipeline forecasting, and reporting.
• Negotiate and close complex enterprise software agreements.
• Build long-term customer relationships for future expansion.
