Sell technology the NHS actually wants as a THINK Healthcare BDM
Who we are
THINK Healthcare is Focus Group's specialist brand for the health and care sector. NHS organisations need a provider who understands their world and solves their problems, not a generic supplier with one-size-fits-all solutions. That's why we exist.
Today we support every NHS sector, work with 1,200+ surgeries and 9 million+ patients, and operate from 20 local offices. We're backed by Focus Group: a £1bn valuation, 1,300+ employees and 30,000+ UK customers. THINK is already a trusted name in primary care, including a Telecoms Provider of the Year win at the General Practice Awards.
We're hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to win new business across GP practices, Primary Care Networks, ICBs (Integrated Care Boards) and federations, and to grow revenue within our existing NHS customer base.
Sell AI. Sell with AI. We don't just talk about AI, we build it, use it and sell it.
What we're looking for
We want a salesperson who wins through solution selling and problem solving, not just relentless prospecting. You'll run the full sales cycle, from self-generated prospecting to close. You're likely an experienced BDM or Account Manager in healthcare, public sector or B2B tech, who wants a brand NHS buyers already trust.
As a BDM in THINK, you'll own a blended remit: new business and growth within our existing NHS customers. Key responsibilities include:
