Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as basic level appointments clerk.
• Knowledge of Appointment Systems.
• Knowledge of Outpatients Waiting List policy.
• Knowledge of Lorenzo.
• Knowledge of the Insourcing and Outsourcing Process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinic templates, record referrals and appoint patients appropriately.
• Provide administrative support to the specialties associated with each Appointments team.
• Deliver administrative responsibilities within a focused and demanding environment.
• Ensure referrals are processed effectively using systems in place.
