Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the booking and administrative teams for outpatient services.
• Manage appointment capacity, waiting lists, changes and cancellations promptly and accurately.
• Provide visible leadership, supervise rotas, training and staff development to maintain high standards.
• Contribute to service planning, performance monitoring and cost-improvement initiatives.
