Job summary

South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust in Milton Keynes is hiring an NHS 111 Health Advisor for night shifts. You'll handle a wide range of calls, providing calm, clear guidance and support to callers through emergencies.

Full six-week NHS Pathways training will be provided, with progression within a fast-paced, life-saving environment. Based in Milton Keynes (office-based only – no remote working), you must be 18+, with rights to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Good all round education (2 GCSEs at equivalent of grade 4 or above including English), or equivalent demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• NHS Pathways Trained.

Responsibilities

• Answer and assess NHS 111 calls with empathy and clear communication.
• Guide callers to appropriate actions and recognize signs of serious conditions.
• Complete NHS Pathways training and ongoing development.
• Support wellbeing and collaborate with colleagues within the team.
