Practice Plus Group is hiring an NHS 111 Health Advisor for on-site shifts in Bristol. Training will be provided to use NHS Pathways, and you will triage calls, assess needs, and offer non-clinical guidance with empathy and calm under pressure.

Roles are available for both full-time and part-time hours, with a focus on flexible shift patterns and customer-focused care in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

Pay Rates

• £12.71 per hour (7am-11pm)
• £15.78 per hour (11pm-7am)
• Enhanced rateof£16.33per hour when working between Friday 18:00 to Monday 7:00am.

Please note that theweekend rate is a none contractual incentive for working unsociable hours and you will be paid £12.71 during your training.

Working Hours

We understand the importance of flexibility and we have a selection of different shift patterns to offer that is based only on 24, 30 and 37.5 hours per week.

Please note that this rolecannot be worked remotely,and you must be able to attend shifts in our 111- contact centre:Lysander House, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol BS10 7TQ.

Training and Development

We offer extensive, fully paid training to equip you with the skills to become a qualified Health Advisor and learn the advanced NHS 111 triage tool.

Schedule :

• Full-Time : Monday to Friday: 09.30 to 17.00 – 4 weeks plus 1 additional day to complete LMS.
• Part-Time : Saturday and Sunday 09.30 to 17.00 and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 18.00 – 21.30 – 6 weeks plus 1 additional day (equivalent of a FT day) to complete LMS.
• It is essential that you attend training every day.
• You will undergo assessments and call audits throughout training. Passing these is essential to continue with the role. Failure to pass on your second attempt will result in no longer being able to continue with the role.
• After training, you will receive ongoing support to ensure you’re ready to be signed off as a fully accredited Pathways Health Advisor.
