Practice Plus Group is recruiting an NHS 111 Health Advisor for our on-site contact centre in Ipswich, Suffolk. You will triage calls, assess needs, and provide non-clinical guidance using the NHS Pathways System. The role includes extensive paid training to prepare you for frontline triage, with flexible part-time or full-time shifts at the Ipswich site.
You will work in a supportive team, focusing on accuracy, empathetic communication, and timely decision-making to help callers in urgent need.

Please note that the weekend rate is a non-contractual incentive for working unsociable hours and you will be paid £12.65 during your training.
We understand the importance of flexibility – we are currently offering part-time and full-time shifts of 24, 30 or 37.5 hours per week - (there may be limited full-time availability - 37.5 hours), which will be discussed upon application - please feel free to reach out via email beforehand if you need to. Please note, this is not a regular 9 - 5 job, and some weekends and late night/overnight shifts are included.
Important: this role cannot be worked remotely, and you must be able to attend shifts in our 111-contact centre: Unit 7, Delta Terrace, West Road, Ransomes Euro Park, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 9FH
