John Paul Construction is seeking a diligent Document Controller for projects based in Newport. You will manage the lifecycle of project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts and correspondence, using Procore and our digital project delivery procedures to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Liaise with the Procore Committee and Support team to review system adoption and compliance. Implement and maintain an efficient document control system, enforce correct naming conventions,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in document control within the construction industry.
• Experience with Procore preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage Procore for the lifecycle of the project in line with digital project delivery procedures.
• Liaise with Procore Committee and Support team regularly to review system adoption and compliance.
• Assist Design Co-ordinator in managing the workflow for creation, distribution, and maintenance of project documents.
