Job summary

Nscale is building cutting-edge, sovereign AI infrastructure across Europe. The Document Controller will manage project documentation across colocation data center developments, maintaining accurate control systems, version integrity, and governance standards.

You will coordinate with Project and Design Managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate information exchange and support audits with complete records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in document control or information management within large scale, complex construction
• Proficiency with Procore and document control platforms
• Strong understanding of revision control, approvals, and governance processes

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and manage document control systems for large-scale construction projects per Nscale standards.
• Ensure all project documents (design drawings, specs, contracts, reports) are logged, version-controlled, and traceable.
• Review incoming/outgoing documents for accuracy and formatting before release; manage workflows and distribution.
• Support audits with complete, accurate document records; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
