Our client is a long-standing high-street firm whoare looking for a full time Wills & Probate Solicitor / Senior Associate to work in their growing and dedicated team in Swansea. This is a permanent, full time role with flexible long term hybrid working and a highly competitive salary.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on all aspects of wills andprobate matters.
• Preparing different types ofwills includingadvising upon Inheritance tax planning and risks of death
• Dealing with the administration of estates.
• Dealing with the establishment and administration of trusts.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• The ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients over the phone and in writing.
• Minimum 7plus years PQE
• You must be confident working in a team.
• Supervising junior team members
• Ability to workwith minimal supervision.
