Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is opening a new store in Chapel Street, Southport and recruiting a Replenishment Supervisor for 16 hours per week, 6pm–10pm with one weekend day. You will assist the Replenishment Manager to keep stock levels, stock control and store standards at peak for customers.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic team players with strong organisational skills, a flexible can-do attitude, and the ability to supervise a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Replenishment Manager to maintain warehouse, fill levels and stock control for store standards.
• Provide colleagues with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and stock accessible at all times.
• Ensure staff comply with Health and Safety policies for a safe environment.
• Operate and deliver processes that meet all legal requirements.
• Deliver great customer service and support store operations.

New Store Opening!We are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our new store opening at Chapel Street, Southport

This is a part time role, offering 16 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work between the hours of 6pm and 10pm, including one day at the weekend.

As a Replenishment Supervisor you will support the Replenishment Manager in ensuring the warehouse, fill levels and stock control are maintained to ensure the best store standards are delivered for our customers.

You will also:

• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
• Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised and stock is accessible at all times
• Ensure that all staff are complaint with our Health and Safety policies in order to provide a safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
• Be passionate about delivering great customer service!

It is essential that applicants have the following:

Having a Fork Lift Truck license is also desirable, but not essential.
