B&M Retail Limited is opening a new store in Chapel Street, Southport and is recruiting a part-time Floor Supervisor to join the team. The role is 24 hours per week, four 6-hour shifts between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and includes one weekend day.

You will support the Floor Manager in upholding store standards, coaching colleagues, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with store procedures and legal requirements.

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our brand new team for our store opening at Chapel Street, Southport! This is a part time role offering 24 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work four 6-hour shifts per week between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, including availability for one weekend day.

As a Floor Supervisor in our new store, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers!

• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
