Overview

Our client are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Partnerships Lead to build on its commercial partnerships revenue. This role is focused on driving strategic brand partnerships with a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships with premium brands.

Reporting into the Head of New Partnerships, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in sponsorship sales, comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively across global teams.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Execute the New Partnerships strategy, with a focus on revenue growth and long-term value creation.
  2. Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships with top-tier brands, leveraging the global appeal of the brand
  3. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers across prospective clients
  4. Create compelling, insight-driven sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of the Partnership Platform.
  5. Forecast timely and accurate sales activity regularly to Head of New Partnerships, and update activity/prospect status in weekly sales meeting with the wider team
  6. An internal conduit for all prospective new partners, involving and updating other departments as and when needed such as content, race promotion, legal, hospitality, and marketing
  7. Lead by example with best working practices and processes for both short- and long-term deliverables
Person Specification
