Job summary

Thorn Baker Construction in the West Midlands region is seeking a Sales Advisor to represent our new homes and guide clients through the purchase process. A driving licence is essential to visit sites and meet clients across the region, delivering a high standard of customer service.

You will engage buyers, conduct site visits, record interactions, and strive to exceed sales targets while coordinating with marketing, legal and care teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales or a similar sales environment.
• Valid full driving licence with ability to travel to sites around the region.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective buyers in a professional manner and provide detailed information.
• Conduct site visits and home viewings to showcase properties and answer questions.
• Guide customers from initial enquiry to reservation and completion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal and customer care teams to ensure service delivery.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and product knowledge for sales techniques.
• Represent the company at promotional events and exhibitions as required.
