Job summary

Thorn Baker Recruitment Ltd in Worcester is seeking a Sales Advisor to manage and progress sales of new build homes at a Worcester development. You will engage with prospective buyers, provide product knowledge, and support customers from enquiry through to completion.

Based primarily at the development site with occasional travel, the role offers weekends/evenings and an uncapped commission scheme, plus training and career progression within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid full UK driving licence.
• Proven experience in new build housing sales or similar sales role.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales process for new build homes including enquiries, viewings and reservations.
• Provide accurate information about development, specs and purchasing options.
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and guide them to completion.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to development success.
• Maintain knowledge of local housing market and competitor activity.
• Present sales reports to management as required.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legal requirements and regulations.
