Job summary

Thorn Baker Construction in Worcester is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to lead the sales process for new build homes at the Worcester development. You will engage with prospective buyers, provide product knowledge, and progress enquiries through to completion.

You will work with the sales and marketing teams to hit targets, attend exhibitions, and maintain up-to-date market knowledge. A full UK driving licence and a proven track record in housing sales are essential, with uncapped

Qualifications

• Valid full UK driving licence.
• Proven experience in new build housing sales or a comparable sales role within the property sector.
• Experience of managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process for new build homes, including customer enquiries, viewings, and reservations.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the development, property specifications, and purchasing options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, guiding them through the sales journey.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local housing market and competitor activity.
• Prepare and present sales reports and updates to the management team as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and industry regulations throughout the sales process.
• Attend and represent the company at property exhibitions and promotional events as necessary.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.
