Job summary

Thorn Baker Construction in Hinckley, Leicestershire, is seeking a Sales Advisor to manage and grow a pipeline for new build homes. You will conduct property viewings, tailor information to buyers, and close deals while ensuring an excellent customer journey.

The role requires a valid licence, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Travel across Leicestershire and the East Midlands is common.

Qualifications

• Valid full driving licence enabling travel to sites in the region.
• GCSEs or equivalent; further education in sales advantageous but not essential.
• Proven sales experience, ideally in new build homes or property.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets via negotiation and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective customers and guide on new build homes to ensure a positive experience.
• Develop and manage a pipeline, convert enquiries into sales efficiently.
• Conduct viewings and presentations tailored to individual needs.
• Negotiate terms to maximise sales while maintaining satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in company systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotions and events.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
• Attend regular training to develop skills and knowledge.
