Thorn Baker Construction is seeking a Sales Advisor to cover West Midlands and Worcestershire, visiting sites and guiding customers through the purchase journey. You will deliver a high standard of customer service, achieve sales targets, and travel between developments with a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales or similar property sector.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel across the region.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective buyers, presenting new homes and developments.
• Site visits and home viewings to showcase properties and answer questions.
• Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to reservation.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity.
• Meet and aim to exceed individual sales targets and support team goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal and customer care teams for service delivery.
• Stay informed on market trends, competition, and product knowledge.
• Represent the company at promotional events as required.
