Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales or similar property sector.
• Valid full driving licence; able to travel to sites within the region.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective buyers in a professional and approachable manner, providing detailed information about new homes and developments.
• Conduct site visits and home viewings to showcase properties and answer customer queries effectively.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to reservation and completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity using company systems.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and customer care to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to support effective sales techniques.
• Represent the company at promotional events and exhibitions as required.
