Job summary

Thorn Baker Recruitment Ltd in Hinckley is seeking a Sales Advisor to join a housing developer's sales team. You'll engage with prospective buyers, conduct property viewings, and build a pipeline to convert enquiries into sales.

The role offers £30,000-£34,000 base plus uncapped commission; OTE £50,000-£70,000. Regular travel across Leicestershire and East Midlands; weekend/evening events. Full-time in a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent; sales/marketing education advantageous but not essential.
• Valid full driving licence; travel to sites within the region.
• Proven sales experience in new build homes or property market.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers to provide information and guidance on new build homes.
• Manage and develop a pipeline of sales opportunities and convert enquiries into sales.
• Conduct viewings and presentations of properties matching customer needs.
• Negotiate terms and prices in line with policy to maximise sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records using company systems.
• Support promotional activities and events with the sales and marketing teams.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
