The role runs Thursday to Monday, 10am–5pm, with a retainer in the first 3–6 months and an uncapped commission scheme. You will lead viewings, manage inquiries, and drive sales on a high-potential project.

Qualifications

• Experience in new build housing sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Confident working independently and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from enquiry to completion.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate sales.
