Role Overview

As a New Homes Sales Negotiator, you'll be the face of the development, guiding buyers through every stage of their purchasing journey, from initial enquiry to completion. You will play a vital role in driving sales performance while maintaining the highest levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional, memorable experience to all prospective and existing buyers
  • Proactively manage enquiries, follow‑ups, and appointment diaries
  • Present homes, floor plans, and development features with confidence and clarity
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
  • Guide customers through the reservation, contract, and completion process
  • Work closely with site teams, conveyancers, and mortgage advisors to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a New Homes Sales Negotiator (minimum 1‑2 years)
  • Strong understanding of the UK new‑build sales process
  • A confident communicator with exceptional customer service skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and commercially driven
  • Comfortable working weekends as part of the standard rota
  • Ability to work independently on a busy sales & marketing suite
