Job summary

U and P Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in the North Hampshire area. The role offers a generous salary, a strong commission structure and mileage allowance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in fast-paced development or with a similar national house builder, and will be the main point of contact for customers through to completion, driving appointments and maintaining presentation of the sales area.
