Job summary

U and P Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Luxury house builder in Oxfordshire seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator. You will be the first point of contact for customers, negotiate terms, and manage appointments across developments, with a strong emphasis on CRM usage and a professional presentation.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience in fast-paced development or with a national house builder, with a generous salary and commission structure.

Responsibilities
