Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Executive for a single-manned site in Oxfordshire. You will own the sales process from enquiry through completion, conducting face-to-face and virtual viewings to showcase new homes and drive conversions.

You'll build strong buyer relationships, maintain up-to-date knowledge of properties, pricing and incentives, and work towards ambitious targets in a fast-paced, autonomous role with weekend working on a 1 in 4 rota.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
• Experience in new homes or housebuilding sales.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to work weekends on a 1 in 4 rota.

This is a single-manned site, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the sales process, working independently and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual viewings, showcasing new homes and the development.
• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and guide them through their purchase.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of properties, pricing, incentives and availability.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales administration.

Experience Required:

• Roles varying between general sales experience and senior New Homes experience
• Proven track record in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Confident working independently on a single-manned site.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Availability for weekend working. (1 in 4 weekends off)
