U and P Recruitment Ltd is seeking a New Homes Sales Negotiator for the Essex area. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in fast-paced development work or with a national house builder, and strong customer service and communication skills.

You will be the first point of contact, negotiate sales details with buyers, use a CRM system confidently, and travel to other developments to cover appointments. A generous salary and commission structure, plus mileage, are on offer.
